Beta Terms

Version beta-2026-08-04

The one rule that matters

Do not enter real client information into Miravio during the beta. No child's name, no date of birth, no clinical records, no contact details for a real family. Use the example data we provide, or invent your own.

These Beta Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they conflict, these Beta Terms govern for the duration of the beta.

1. Why we are asking

Miravio is built for protected health information, and the controls that protect it are already in the product: row-level tenant isolation, role-based access, an audit trail, encryption in transit and at rest. What is not yet in place is the legal layer that has to sit underneath those controls: Business Associate Agreements with the vendors that host and process the data.

Until those agreements are executed, this environment is not an appropriate place for protected health information, no matter how well the software behaves. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise.

2. What you are agreeing to

  • You will not enter, upload, or import real client information, including names, dates of birth, contact details, clinical notes, assessments, or billing records tied to an identifiable person.
  • You will not use the beta to deliver or document actual clinical care. It is for evaluation.
  • You will use the example workspace we seed for you, or data you have invented, when trying the product.
  • You will tell us promptly if real client information is entered by mistake, so we can remove it.

3. What we do

  • We seed every new beta workspace with clearly labelled example clients, and mark the application with a persistent beta banner.
  • We monitor for usage patterns that look like real client records, and will contact you if we see them.
  • We disable product analytics features that would capture the contents of your screen, including click autocapture and session recording.
  • We will give you a documented export of everything in your workspace before the beta ends, so nothing you build here is stranded.

4. What happens after the beta

When the compliance work is complete, we will move to an environment covered by the necessary agreements and invite you to migrate. Your beta workspace is exportable in full at any time. We will give reasonable notice before the beta environment is retired.

5. No warranty during the beta

The beta is provided as-is. Features may change, data may be reset with notice, and availability is not guaranteed. Pricing shown during the beta is a founding rate for early clinics; if you subscribe, you keep the rate you joined on.

6. Questions

If anything here is unclear, or if you need to use Miravio with real client data sooner than the timeline above allows, contact us before you do. There is a supported path; it just is not this environment.
