Miravio employs enterprise-grade transit and at-rest encryption. We operate securely on top-tier infrastructure ensuring Row-Level Security (RLS) restricts data access strictly to authorized users within specific clinic tenants. For US clinics, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs the treatment of all PHI.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party sub-processors (like cloud storage providers or clearinghouses) directly required to provide Miravio's services, all of which are bound by strict confidentiality and healthcare security standards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Clinic administrators retain primary control over organizational clinical records in accordance with medical record retention laws.
