How seats work
You pay for your clinical team. Nobody else.
A seat is one active clinical team member: owner, admin, BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT. Parents, families, and the children in your care never count as seats and never see a bill. When your team grows or shrinks, your seats follow.

Do parents ever pay?
Never. The parent portal is free for every family, whether they were invited by a clinic or signed up on their own. Parents are not a pricing tier.
What counts as a therapist seat?
One seat is one active clinical team member: owner, admin, BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT. The Clinic plan includes five; each seat beyond that is $19/month. Parents and families never count as seats.
Why is Miravio so much cheaper than per-client platforms?
Most ABA platforms charge per client, so your software bill grows with your caseload. Miravio prices per practice: your clients are yours, not a meter.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Every new clinic and solo practice starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. Add payment details only when you decide to stay.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a subscription from Settings whenever you are ready. If you decide not to continue, your data stays intact and fully exportable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. Export of your complete data is guaranteed either way.
