Welcome to Miravio, a product of Antitropy LLC ("Antitropy", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miravio platform, including our web applications, portals designated for clinics, therapists, and families, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Miravio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a clinic or healthcare agency), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Services

Miravio is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior therapy management platform. It offers tools for data collection, patient management, analytics, scheduling, and billing. Disclaimer: Miravio is a technology platform and does not provide medical or clinical advice. Therapy outcomes rely solely on the professional judgment of licensed clinicians.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • Clinicians and clinic owners must verify that their use of Miravio complies with all local healthcare regulations, including ethical guidelines for ABA data collection.
  • You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the operational security of the Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to administrative and clinical features is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed according to your selected tier. You authorize Miravio (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method for these fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, design tokens, interfaces, and branding ("Miravio"), are proprietary to Antitropy LLC. Miravio is a registered brand of Antitropy LLC. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miravio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any loss of data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
